The space Two of the three upstairs rooms have private balconies with exceptional views of the lake, and the downstairs bedrooms have private exterior access. A hiking trail with bridges over the creeks wraps around the beautiful 50 wooded acres and 6 acre lake. The maximum number of guests for events is 70, and fees apply depending on the group size. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked owner's closet. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the private lake, private dock, and 50 acres of beautiful wooded property. Guests do not have access to the front pasture areas, ranch house, or barns. Other things to note Caretaker may occasionally come check on the chickens and may also access the barn. Guests are welcome to use the garden shed and visit the chickens, but please do not open the gate. Feel free to hike along the outskirts of the property. The hiking trail entrance is down the hill in the backyard.
