Some of the best views of the lake can be seen from the third-floor covered balcony, whereas the sunroom presents a pleasant space to indulge in some afternoon reading. Fully updated, the chef's kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the cookware you need to prepare delicious dishes! A private washer/dryer, a collection of board games, and internet access round out the home's interior amenities. Outside, spend your mornings gazing out at fantastic sunrise views and spend your afternoons swimming in the private pool. Combining comfort and convenience, this home is outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but is also within quick driving distance of downtown Burlington's shops, restaurants, and other amusements. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The primary bedroom, bathroom, garage, wood-burning stove, and shed are not available for guest use. The hot tub is Indoors on the first level of the home and is available during the winter only. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
