In addition to a sunny garden for breakfast, there is also a garden with a view of palm trees and volcanoes as well as a large roof terrace. The pool area is only 50 metres away. The harbour is within walking distance. Our house is fully air-conditioned and has special features such as a fully automatic coffee machine and TV with Sky/Dazn and all the world's channels, including WiFi. There is also a large roof terrace with fantastic views of the palm trees and volcanic landscape. You also have access to a private pool area, which only residents are allowed to use, so it is usually little used. Other things to note There is a brand new Supermarket in not even 400 Meters away. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the second bedroom you can convert the double bed into a normal bed. There is also a folding bed for a 5th person. If you wish, you can request a desk with an office chair for your private workplace - this is available from a rental period of 14 days.
