Located just a couple blocks from Starbucks and directly across from Epple Park disc golf course, 10 minutes from Downtown Greeley and UNC, close to shopping, restaurants and HWY access. Just a little over one hour to enjoy Denver, capital of Colorado. Or a little over an hour to Colorado mountain adventures in Estes Park! Guest access You have full use of the the apartment. Feel free to park up close on the rock driveway or in the street. Feel free to enjoy the covered front porch on the South side of the house near your entrance. You may see us on the North side of the porch enjoying a cup of coffee or visiting. Other things to note We love having one night stays available and have had many great experiences with this! With that being said this is not a party friendly bnb. If you are looking to have a super fun party that extends after 10:00 pm, includes more people than are in the reservation, smoking, drinking and music for the whole neighborhood, please look elsewhere for the perfect spot to let loose. There is an air fryer and electric mixer available in the kitchen among all the other listed items.
