Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire lower-level apartment and a private patio. Your private entrance is located on the right side of the home. You will also have access to a shared path leading directly to the beach and a shared rack of kayaks and paddle-boards in the backyard. Other things to note - Check-in is at 4:00 PM. - Check-out is at 10:00 AM. - All necessary check-in details, including your unique door code, will be sent to you on your day of arrival. - This property is managed by Heirloom Vacations, a professional property management company with years of experience and tens of thousands of glowing reviews. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations.
