Walking distance to everything the village has to offer, but still secluded and rural next to the river Ljusnan with a mile-wide view of Hälsingland's blue mountains. Get in the car and you're close to - Järvsöbacken (4 minutes) - cross-country ski track with electric lights (5 min) - Harsagården (20 minutes) Or walk to - the ice rink (5 minutes) - padel court (10 min) - sledding hill (12 min) - central village with shops, restaurants & train station (15 min) The space Genuine and well-preserved wooden house on agricultural property from the early 1900s with a cozy Hälsinge feeling and typical details such as nice old wooden floors, walls with beadboard and cast iron stove (modern electric stove and oven are also available). Kitchen and living room directly adjacent, perfect for socializing and relaxing after a day on the slopes or cross-country ski trails. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and good spaces. Modern fully tiled toilet and shower rooms with underfloor heating on two floors and separate toilet in the basement. Sauna with timer function where you can enjoy and thaw frozen joints with, for example, a chilled drink or two. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and courtyard!
