We are located just a short walk away from Wynn Hospital & Utica University Nexus Center. Short ride to the Empire State Trail: Erie Canal. Walking distance to the train station, local restaurants, fantastic coffee, Utica auditorium, Farm to Table cuisine. Short drive to MVCC, Utica College, SUNY Poly and Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute. Guest access You’ll have the apartment to yourself. However, there are other occupied apartments in the building, so please be respectful. Other things to note No elevator in the building, this apartment is located on the second floor. Off-street parking available around the block if preferred. Pack & Play, toys and high chair available, but must let us know in advance. We do charge an additional $35 pet cleaning fee that is separate from the nightly total. As sometimes furry friends leave hair behind and may have an accident here or there. We are located downtown, in a building, in which there are other apartments. So while we do all that we can on our end to ensure that you have a comfortable and quiet stay, noise from neighbors can be unpredictable. We do encourage our guests to reach out to us if it becomes bothersome, so that we can do everything in our power to remedy the situation. Early check-in is available, depending on availability (subject to an additional $20 fee).
