Ideally located in the heart of the Sancy, quiet & family neighborhood, single-story house, private enclosed land (800 m2) & bright living room 5 minutes walk from shops Bedroom 1: private master suite (140x200cm bed/ shower/ bathtub/ dressing room) Bedroom 2: Living room recess separated by a blackout curtain equipped with a BZ. Originally from the area & passionate about hiking, I will gladly share my tips with you! The space The entrance opens onto the living/dining room. On the left you will find the equipped kitchen. On the right is bedroom 2, the laundry room with storage and a separate toilet. To the right of the living room, at the back of the room, you will find the master suite. At your disposal during the stay: - 4 pillows, 2 duvets & extra blankets - Dish towels/sponges/paper towels/toilet paper/garbage bags/household products (dishwashing liquid/dishwasher pod/washing machine pod/floor cleaner/toilet/multi-surface cleaner), vacuum cleaner, mop, clothes rack. - Salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/4 Dolce&Gusto coffee pods/4 mint green tea - glasses, plates, cutlery, bowls, cups, pots, pans, raclette grill, salad spinner, colander, dishes, mixer, ladle, knife, bottle opener, peeler, cutting board, can opener Guest access You enter independently thanks to a secure key box Other things to note During school holidays: reservation is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday Outside school holidays: Minimum booking 2 nights Optional cleaning fee €80 payable on site I do not provide linens and towels. I encourage you to bring yours. You can also rent them at La Bourboule (sheets: €15/bed // towels: €6/pers)
