Have fun with your family 200 meters from Beto Carrero World! The house is ideal for families, has a patio and a closed gate, and is all walled. Fortaleza beach is 800 meters away. Lupã Bakery is 500 meters away. Koch Supermarket is 1.5 km away. Complete kitchen with all utensils. Air-conditioned bedroom, TV in the living room, Wi-Fi and uncovered parking included. Upstairs is another house, with other guests. Quiet, family atmosphere. Other things to note A limited number of essential items are provided upon guest arrival: 1 iron and 1 hair dryer for the house. On the bed: 1 sheet + 1 microfiber blanket, 1 pillow for each guest, throughout the stay (no changes), 1 bath towel for each guest (no changes). In the bathroom: 1 face towel in the bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 mat, 1 squeegee. In the kitchen: salt, olive oil, 1 detergent, 1 dish towel, 1 sink cloth, one garbage bag in each trash can. When these products run out during the stay, the guest must purchase them on their own. In the kitchen, all the necessary basic utensils, including: pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, cups, containers, microwave, coffee maker. We do not offer filtered water, only treated water from the city's supply network. Each guest needs to buy their own water at the market. ***IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER ANY BEACH ITEMS!*** We do not have items such as: beach chairs, umbrellas or towels. We do not have a breakfast service, however, all our homes have a full kitchen, with all the utensils. There are also bakeries near the house. Do you have laundry service? No! But in the city, there are several laundries. Including a self-service laundry. Can I enter before Check-in? No, because we have other guests who will be in the house before you, and I need a reasonable time to perform the complete cleaning of the house and change of bed linen. What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 3 p.m., and can be done until midnight. Check-out must be done by 11 a.m. (no exception). Do you have beach items like chairs and umbrellas? No! There are people on the beach who rent these items. Do you sell Beto Carrero tickets? No. And we encourage all guests to buy in advance directly from Beto Carrero's official website (at the box office, it is usually more expensive) Is the house shared with other people? No! All of our homes are unique and exclusive to guests. What can I do to get to know the city better? Is the city dangerous? No. Penha is a small, quiet town. Theft occurrences are small.
