A little further down, in a splendid panoramic position, the large swimming pool opens up with an adjacent covered terrace and annex with changing rooms, showers and an area equipped with a large table. The main structure, following the gentle slope of the land, is spread over several floors that open onto large terraces equipped with outdoor tables and sofas for dining and relaxing outdoors. Casale Aston, warm and welcoming, comfortably accommodates 8 people in environments made unique by the encounter between materials, shapes and elements of local tradition with colors and accessories that tell of journeys to distant lands, of authentic passion for art, culture and cuisine. The main farmhouse consists of a large room on the ground floor dominated by the large fireplace; a large fully equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms, all with double beds, a private bathroom with shower and access to the outdoor terrace. Upstairs, also accessible from the external loggia, there are two large living rooms and two more double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. Just above, the village of Preggio can also be reached on foot, but for daily shopping you can reach Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone in a few minutes by car or the larger Umbertide, about 18 km away. In a short time you can also reach interesting cities of art such as Cortona 30 km; Perugia 28 km; Città della Pieve, Città di Castello 35 km; San Sepolcro 49. At 18 km you will find both the imposing Rocca di Pierle dating back to the 13th century, and Lake Trasimeno; making the complete tour you will discover wonderful views, you will touch various villages scattered with romantic restaurants; you can relax on the equipped beaches or set off to discover the islands, experience fishing tourism and taste delicious typical dishes.
