From the hall way is an en-suite bedroom with a re-done bathroom beautifully finished and on the opposite side is a spacious living room with an open fire place. The beautiful terrace with elegant outdoor furniture From here, the terrace overlooks the majestic garden and swimming pool. The Space: The living room is modernly furnished with two comfortable sofas, both surrounding the fireplace - there is also a satellite TV. The glass patio doors bring in the light from outside, making the living room a bright environment. The dining room has a modern dining table and chairs that seats six people. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped with the necessities such as; refrigerator, toaster, oven, and kettle. There is also an island in the kitchen which is able to seat three guests. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the villa. Taxi transfers for 4-6 people included from Faro Airport to Vale do Lobo for arrival and departure. Please note, there is currently construction work being done next door to this villa so there will be disruption from this, outside of the months of July and August - the villa price has been reduced for these periods. Please note, there is a refundable security deposit of £260 subject to no damage.
