This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo has it all: spectacular panoramic views of Destin’s East Pass and the Destin Harbor, comfortable seating around every corner, and located just steps away from the beautiful emerald green Destin waters in the exquisite East Pass Towers condominium complex. The kitchen comes complete with full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and enough pots, pans, plates, and utensils to prepare your favorite meal. The living room has a plush couch and two leather recliners, as well as a large HDTV. The sofa even pulls out to a Queen bed to allow the condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease. The Guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The Master bedroom has King-size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The spacious balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms and offers stellar views of the Destin Harbor, Norriego Point, the Destin Bridge, and the East Pass. Other amenities include complimentary wireless high speed internet access, a washer and dryer inside the condo, a security gate, and a large Gulf front swimming pool. This property is a great value and books fast, so reserve your time today by booking now. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. (Some navigation systems use 842 Harbor Blvd.). If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Construction is currently occurring on Norreigo Point next to East Pass Towers. The gate access to that beach area is currently closed as well as that parking area. This does not impact the complex of East Pass Towers. Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
