Our place is centrally located at the heart of Romblon. Just a few minutes walk away from the Pier, the Cathedral, some tourist spots and restaurants. Easy to grab a ride to visit well known beaches. We can adjust the check-in and check-out time depending on the availability. This home may not be new, but we made sure that the basic amenities are provided and that everything is clean and neat. We also manage a beach house rental at a nearby island that we offer discounts to our guests here The space The place is located at the 3rd Floor of the building. The main entry way (stairs) to the unit is shared with other tenants renting the other floors. Other than that, other spaces of the unit is exclusive for your use. We try not to over crowd the space like other accommodations that you may find within the neighborhood. That's why we limit the occupancy to 2 to 6 guests a time only. The building that the unit is in is built more than a decade ago, please understand if there may have been wears and tears on the structure itself. But rest assured that the rest that's inside is newly furnished or newly equipped last January 2024. Please take care of them like how you take care of your own. Guest access You'll have access to your private space including bedroom (airconditioned), living room, dining room, kitchenette, and toilet and bath. Only the main stairs in the entry way would be shared with other tenants or guests. This property is located at the third floor of the building. Other things to note Please be reminded that you're booking a Transient Home and not a hotel. We can not provide you with the same amenities that a hotel offers. This home is managed by Tahanan sa Talisayan Beach House. A perk to booking this unit is we can offer you a Special Discount at our island beach homes located in Alad, Romblon (approx. 15min boat ride away). Our beach homes are also listed here in Airbnb. While you are staying here, you can do some walking tour around the area and check out Fort San Andres, Saint Joseph Cathedral, Freedom Park and check out some marble items or native hand weaved items at the Shopping Complex. If touring by land, you may go visit the famous sandbar of Bonbon beach, Kipot River, Marble Quarry, Windmill and Calabogo Lighthouse. Go island hopping to the Tres Islas of Romblon: Bonbon Sandbar Beach, Logbon island, Alad Island, Cobrador island and Takot Reef Cliff Jumping site and do some cliff diving, boating and snorkeling or simply bask in the sun. We can help you contact or coordinate in behalf of you a trusted boatman for the island hopping, tricycle for hire to tour you around or communicate with our contacts for a scooter rental if needed.
