Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Your group will sleep soundly in four soothing bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own air-conditioning unit. The home includes two modern bathrooms and an internal laundry with a washing machine for your free use. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and a new refrigerator/freezer. We provide cooking utensils and basic essentials to get you started. Outdoor Space: Enjoy your own private, fully fenced backyard—a little oasis to unwind in after a day of work or exploring. Guest access ✔︎ Guests will have access to the entire property except the locked space. ✔︎ Guests will receive detailed instructions for check-in and access prior to their arrival The 3 main bedrooms inside the house + 1 additional bedroom with its own access (front sliding door or back entry). 2 bathrooms – one located inside, and the second bathroom is at the back of the house for easy outdoor access. Other things to note ✖ No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property or on the balcony. ✖ No pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property due to potential allergies and other concerns. ✖ No parties: Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed in the property. ✖ Please refrain from discarding any litter from the window. Penalties will apply for violations. ✔︎ Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 2 pm -10 pm, and check-out is at 10 am or earlier. Please let us know if you need to adjust these times and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-out fees apply. ✔︎ Please make sure to keep shoes off of the bed and furniture. ✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed. ✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen. ✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture. ✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home ✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbours' peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am. ✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use the oven or stove (if any), do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. ✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 8,including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately. A starter welcome kit is provided with basic essentials such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper etc. Please note, these are supplied to get you started and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require.
