We welcome you with a bottle of wine, water and a fruit bowl in our cozy apartments Mediterranean-Scandinavian and Mediterranean-Scandinavian 2. Surrounded by wonderful hiking and biking trails, Franconian gastronomy, you can relax with us both on vacation and after a busy day at the trade fair. The space The apartment was newly built by us in 2024 and tastefully decorated with a lot of love for detail. To make everyone feel comfortable, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It is equipped with free fiber optic Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with a 1.40 m wide box spring bed in a Scandinavian look. In the living and dining area, there is a flat-screen TV, as well as a spacious sofa with a 1.50 m wide very good sleeping option (with slatted frame). The dining area is a round oak table with unusual designer chairs. Through the open passage you enter the spacious, modern, Mediterranean furnished kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you need. As well as a washing machine and dryer. In the bathroom with a floor-level shower and unusual design, you immediately feel comfortable. Towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, as well as bed linen will be provided. In the lush green garden there is a covered swimming pool (May-September), 2 places with sun loungers and parasol, a barbecue area, a loggia and an outdoor whirlpool (all year round) with changing room and a cozy couch corner with pavilion. This is available for our two apartments. Guest access There is a separate entrance. We live in the same house, usually receive you personally and are available for any questions you might have. In addition, there is another apartment for 4 people in the main house upstairs, which can be rented. It is also harmonious and decorated with a non-everyday design. Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note Despite the quiet location, you are perfectly connected in terms of traffic: Nuremberg and Neumarkt can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away - from visiting the trade fair to strolling through the city, everything is possible without a long drive. We are happy to assist you with your daily planning or organize a shuttle to Nuremberg Exhibition Center (15 minutes), the airport (30 minutes) or other destinations. Within half an hour you can reach Nuremberg, Munich is 1.5 hours by car and 1 hour to the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
