The authentic tiki hut overlooks Mandalay Ave where you will see tourist, bikini clad skate boarders, and all the fun fare of this vibrant beach town. Never a dull moment at the Tiki Cottage. There is a wood deck in the front yard with comfortable Adarondak chairs. It is not an upscale fancy rental, but remodeled clean, up to date, comfy Old School beach house. Perfect for family with children and pets. The Tiki Cottage may not be suitable for guests who want quiet, upscale, five star resort, and sometimes we cannot meet the expectations of very fussy folks so read all the reviews . This house is perfect for pets with 30 inch high wall The pet fee is $100 per stay and if you cannot compute on this internet site we will invoice you at check in. Capt Al s legendary boat trips now require $300 to cover gas expense You can give the TIP upon departure for excellent service. That should last for a half day adventure. Young Guests We welcome young guests 18 years old and up to enjoy our beach cottages. You must be responsible and not party all night and disturb other guests. Young guests may not invite anyone over. The property manager does a nightly inspection.
