The space The unit has a kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, microwave, oven , coffee maker and complimentary Coffee, sugar, oil, salt and Pepper for your convenience. This unit also has a sofa bed to accommodate a third guest and when extended it is 65" x 38". The BBQ grill is located in a common area, feel free to use. The laundry and dryer are located in a common area, feel free to use for stays of a week or longer. we also provide a clothes drying rack too. Our house is a smoke free facility, you can smoke outdoors but not indoor. Failure to do so , there will be a charge of 250 USD for deep cleaning. Other things to note For service dogs, the cleaning fee is 80 USD and a 150 USD damage deposit which will be returned after check out. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.
