Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. The property offers parking for two vehicles in the front and a boat slip in the back, accommodating one boat or possibly two smaller boats. For guests traveling with pets, the front yard is fully gated and fenced, providing a secure space for your furry companions. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets to help maintain the cleanliness of the property. Additionally, the property features a functional fish cleaning house conveniently located off the dock, making it easy for fishing enthusiasts to prepare their fresh catch. Other things to note •Please treat the home with care. Excessive messes may result in an additional cleaning fee. •Kindly wash your dishes—no dirty dishes left in the sink, please! •Be sure to place trash in the outdoor bins before checkout. •There is a detached 1 bedroom cottage on the property that shares the fish cleaning station and washer/dryer. •To help you get started, a basic set of bathroom essentials will be ready upon arrival. For longer stays, guests are welcome to bring or purchase additional items as needed. •Two assigned parking spaces clearly marked Cabin. Please do not park in the spaces marked cottage.
