The suite is located 150 meters from Coroados Beach in Guaratuba. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: the room has a double bed, a bunk bed and a bathroom. The suite is private, but the kitchen/living room is SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS. The kitchen/living room is located outside and has all the necessary utensils + 1 bathroom with shower and laundry. The environment is family-friendly, noisy parties are not allowed. It has an outdoor area with a large garden with a lawn for parking cars. Other things to note The suites are located 150 meters from Coroados beach in Guaratuba. It is 8 km from the center of Guaratuba (10 minutes by car). It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people in each en-suite: each bedroom has a double bed + a bunk bed + bathroom. Bed linen and bath towels are offered to guests in the rooms. The living room/kitchen is spacious, is attached to the suites and has all the utensils for you to prepare and have your meals with your family and/or friends. It has a large dining table (see photos). The living room/kitchen is shared with other guests if they have reservations for the same date you choose. The living room/kitchen also has 1 bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Smoking is not allowed inside the bedrooms or the living room/kitchen. Only in the outdoor area. The site has a barbecue grill You can play music, but noisy parties are not allowed. The outdoor area has a large garden with a lawn for parking cars. My mother's house is on the same property, but she does not share the living room/kitchen with guests. There will be an extra fee for setting up a pool on the premises. Any damage to the property must be reported to the host for payment of an extra fee.
