The space The apartment sleeps up to 4 with a comfy queen bed in each room plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, smart TV with Roku, and in-unit laundry (combination washer/dryer) Location: - All within walking distance: coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB sushi & Thai, grocery & convenience stores, breweries, and countless bars & restaurants Parking: - Reserved parking is not included in this listing - Free street parking is occasionally available on Rice St a block away, and often available on Iowa St and on Augusta Blvd - Permitted street parking is often available directly outside the building on Pearson St but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year - We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your permit application. The sticker will be mailed to the building and typically arrives in 1-2 weeks.
