Enjoy a comfortable barbecue for all seasons. * Please look up the 106a front door next to the private parking lot on the property. * This is a contactless check-in with a keypad. * 3 queen beds and 2 single beds are provided for 1 ~ 8 people booked, and 9-10 people are provided with a floor mattress and bedding set. * Infants are not included in the cost of the stay until less than 24 months old. Infants are not included in the number of people on the floor mattress provided. Baby bedding is not provided, so please bring your own.(You can't use it by attaching it to the wall of the bed). One high chair is provided. 💡Here are the optional instructions: 🍖Barbecue guide (30,000 KRW extra charge regardless of the number of people) The barbecue is located in the living room veranda sun room (glass temperature room) with a table for 10 people, a charcoal grill, a forced ventilator, and an electric awnings. * The awning is not to be used in the winter months (forced operation of the awning frozen may cause failure). * Please fold on windy days as the awning can be torn or noisy. * BBQ charcoal, gridiron, bedding, gas burner, tongs, scissors, etc. * Charcoal fire is a system where you can see the instructions and smoke yourself. Call or message us if you need help * After using the barbecue grill, you don't need to dispose of the charcoal fire separately, just close the lid well. * For charcoal fire, please only use the chimney tater on the gas burner. If you put it on the floor or on the table while it is hot, it will be touched. Fire hazard! Risk of reimbursement!! * Barbecue grills are prohibited to move. * Be sure to close the indoor windows when barbecuing. When the smoke goes in, the whole house smells like charcoal. * Please turn off all switches after using the barbecue.(ceiling light, fence light, ventilator, heater, forge, etc.) Please request a📍 barbecue one day before check-in. Same day requests may be difficult to arrange. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 AM. There are many requests for early check-in at an additional cost, but the time required for preparation is long, so early check-in and late check-out are virtually difficult, so please understand. Salt, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, and red pepper powder are provided for cooking.(No sesame oil, gochujang, ssamjang) Please note that the use of a wheelchair is not possible as it uses stairs. CCTV for crime/fire surveillance is only available outside the building. Things ⚠️ to note If you exceed the number of people reserved, you may be restricted from entering due to a violation of the rules. For visitors, an additional fee of 15,000 KRW will be charged after 2 hours, and an accommodation fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged after midnight. No smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes.(Ashtray is provided in a separate outdoor smoking area) A penalty of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking indoors. You may be charged a fee for damages and contamination. Moving furniture or appliances is prohibited. Please do not use bedding in the living room or kitchen, and only on the bedroom bed. It is adjacent to a quiet residential area. Please be aware of noise (loud or music) outdoors. Complaints can be made especially late at night. Please finish using the barbecue before 10pm if possible. The mountains are close, so insects can come and go, so be sure to close the mosquito net and front door. Indoor cooking of foods with a lot of oil or strong smells such as shrimp, crab, fish, lamb, and pork belly is prohibited. We provide a portable induction stove for cooking in the barbecue area. Please use it safely as it is difficult to take responsibility for accidents caused by carelessness during use. Please separate, wash the dishes, and tidy up before checking out. Do not put used dishes on the sink shelf. This is to allow the host to clean up after checking.
