The garden offers a south-facing terrace, a year-round heated outdoor hot tub, a barrel sauna, a garden shower (from April to October), a shed and 2 parking spaces. Just do yourself and us a favor, please leave stress and everyday worries outside from the start of your vacation! The vacation home offers a total area of a good 90 square meters on the first floor (55 square meters) a hallway, a lovingly designed living/dining area with a kitchen, a separate toilet, a storage room and a south-facing terrace. On the top floor (35 square meters), there are two spacious bedrooms, a tasteful bathroom, a walk-in closet and a hallway. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are not only equipped with windows in the gables of the house, but also with gable roof dormers, which makes the lighting and the space in these rooms exceptional. We put a lot of effort into choosing the furniture and decoration. With our cozy ambience, we want to conjure up a place for you where you can find peace, serenity and relaxation. Perhaps you will also discover the beauty of nature in the immediate surroundings or succumb to the temptation to exercise. With our vacation home, we offer a good prerequisite that your vacation will remain unforgettable. Enjoy life and let yourself go… The open living/dining area should be your central "spot" where you may find your "inner peace." Seek and discover your personal balance while relaxing on our comfortable sofa or on one of the two armchairs directly in front of our cozy-warm fireplace. Don't panic, we also provide digital entertainment with smart TV and Wi-Fi. The equipment of the open L-shaped built-in kitchen leaves little to be desired: dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with convection oven and microwave are always ready for you. You only have to do the shopping and cooking yourself! The cozy bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. To store your luggage, you can use the walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have a smart TV. On the first floor there is a separate toilet with sink and in the attic there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Both rooms were completely newly renovated in 2022 and now radiate in a fresh design. Our vacation home has a south-facing terrace. A garden table with matching chairs, two garden loungers and a large parasol invite you to linger. An outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees Celsius water temperature, a barrel sauna and a solar shower (at outside temperatures above 0 degrees Celsius) are available in the garden all year round. Fancy a barbecue? Our charcoal grill is waiting for your grill creations! By the way, you are welcome to store your bicycles and golf equipment in the lockable shed. You can park your vehicles in the private parking spaces right next to the house on the property, which is completely fenced. A washer/dryer, ironing board, iron and cleaning utensils are available for your own use in the storage room on the first floor for free. Guest access The rental price includes the following services: - Outdoor parking spaces for 2 cars - lockable shed for storing bicycles, etc. - Internet - Use of the washer-dryer - Use of the outdoor jacuzzi (water temperature 35 degrees Celsius all year round) - Use of the barrel sauna - Electricity, water, heating, gas - Initial firewood equipment Optionally, the following services can be booked directly from the host: - Bed linen for €9.00 per person (beds are made on arrival) - Towels for €5,00 per person (towel 50 x 100 cm, shower towel 70 x 140 cm, bath mat 50 x 70 cm) - High chair €10.00 per stay - Children's travel cot including bedding, bed linen, covered on arrival €20.00 per stay - Upon arrival, an initial supply of firewood is available, additional firewood can be purchased for €9.00 per net (12 sqm) - The municipality of Göhren-Lebbin charges a spa tax. The amount varies by season and group of people and is collected by the host on behalf of the municipality. Exact information about the amount of the spa tax payable for their stay will be provided to the guest by the host after booking. Other things to note Directly on one of the largest lakes in the Mecklenburg Lake District, Lake Fleesensee, is the unique vacation and holiday home "Land Fleesensee." The "Land Fleesensee" offers a colorful mix of activities and relaxing moments that ensure an all-round successful and natural vacation result. Culture and sports lovers will also get their money's worth. The sports offer ranges from leisurely activities to adventurous excursions: excellent golf courses, cycling and hiking, wellness and fitness as well as water sports, such as stand-up paddling, SUP yoga, surfing, sailing, canoeing. In and around Göhren-Lebbin, numerous restaurateurs offer a colorful mix of refreshing treats, light delicacies, traditional and international dishes and good home cooking. Many chefs attach great importance to regional products. The beach in "Land Fleesensee" is located on the lake of the same name and offers well-kept sunbathing lawns, natural sandy beaches, a dog beach and a water sports base, playgrounds, the lake business with boat rental, a chill beach club and the SBS Yachthafenresort with its own harbor and boat moorings. Due to its central location, Göhren-Lebbin is also a wonderful starting point for visiting concerts of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival. The festival, with more than 190 concerts and over 90,000 visitors a year, is one of the largest classical festivals in Germany. Discover the neighboring resorts such as Plau am See, Waren (Müritz), Rechlin, Röbel/Müritz and the island town of Malchow on excursions. Also recommended is a day trip to the Baltic Sea, just an hour's drive away, to the old Hanseatic city of Rostock or to the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde.
