Hardwood floors throughout. Central air conditioning and heat will keep you comfortable and you'll enjoy recent bathroom updates as well. We proudly provide you a fully functional kitchen! Gas stove, plenty of pots, pans, flatware, cookware, dishes and most common kitchen gadgets (please thoroughly wash and put away items you use) plus lots of extras like oils, seasonings, condiments and such. There is also a charcoal grill stored in the garage (please move outside and away from the house before lighting). Bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds and nice linens. If you have a guest sleeping on the couch, let us know so we can leave extra bedding for them. Beach goers, ask us to leave our beach basket! Includes a shade sail, blanket, extra towels and more. There should be a cooler in the garage for your use. Pet owners, let us know if you need a crate, bedding, bowls or pet sitter recommendations.
