There you will find sun loungers and garden furniture for relaxing outdoors. The bright living and dining area has a smart TV, a selection of novels, and board games. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together in the evenings. Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds and blackout curtains ensure a restful night's sleep. Two bathrooms with rain showers offer additional comfort after an active day. The Süsterhüs is modern, comfortable, and well located. The beach is only 750 meters away, and Kölpinsee train station is 500 meters away. The Usedomer Bäderbahn connects the town with Heringsdorf, Swinemünde, Wolgast, and other destinations on the island. Whether hiking, cycling, or spending a day at the sea, this place is an ideal starting point for your break on Usedom. Included service package: At the start of your stay, we provide a free starter pack with household items: 2× toilet paper, 1× kitchen roll, 1× garbage bag per waste bin, 1× dish soap, 1× hand soap per sink, 1× dishcloth, 1× tea towel, and 3× dishwasher tablets. Smoking, parties, and bachelor parties are not permitted in the accommodation. Guest access: The house is entirely at your disposal. There is a private parking space directly in front of the entrance. Additional information: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for €22.49 per person via our website or after booking via the guest app. A cot and high chair are also available on request for a fee. Important note: For hygiene reasons, we do not provide bedding, mattresses, blankets, or pillows for the crib; please bring your own.
