The house is located close to the city center in a quiet waterfront setting close to the Vechtese. There is a direct connection to the bike path network of the excellent cycling city of Nordhorn. Nearby are the Tierpark Nordhorn, the indoor outdoor swimming pool, a skate court and shopping facilities as well as a cinema. The border with the Netherlands is only a short bike ride away. At the nearby Vechtesee there is a pedal boat rental with direct connection to the canals of the city center and also to the lake park.
