Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. ★ POOL HEATING ★ During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer ★ PETS ★ Pets are NO LONGER ALLOWED. We have had too many guest bring a pet and not disclose to us. If you are bringing a dog(s) your stay will be cancelled and no refund will be given. This is non negotiable, you will be removed. ★ EVENTS ALLOWED ★ Our fantastic property is an ideal venue for hosting special events, such as weddings and celebrations. The unique and charming setting provides a picturesque backdrop for memorable occasions. We kindly ask guests to contact the host directly to ensure your event is tailored to your specific needs. This allows us to discuss details, address any questions, and make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs. There is an event fee do to increase usage of utilities, septic system and water. 499 for 20 or less over 20-40 $999 no more than 40 people on property. ★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★ Traveling with a smaller group, or your preferred dates are already taken?
