Perfect tranquil location, extremely dog friendly with 2 securely enclosed gardens for your dog's to enjoy. The village pub, the Five Pilchards Inn, and beach are also dog friendly year-round. Great country walks from the door with SW coastal footpath a few steps away. St Keverne village, with 2 pubs and a restaurant, Porthkerris dive centre and Roskilly's farm/cafe all within easy walking distance. The fabulous Fat Apples cafe a ten minute stroll from the beach. The space Situated in the heart of the village, making the most of it's location with first floor master bedroom and lounge affording views down to the cove. A large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave; this area has underfloor heating and includes a snug , which has TV and sofa and leads though to the dining area and rear garden. Other rooms are electrically heated and there are 2 log burners, 1 in the snug and 1 in the upstairs lounge . One family bathroom, one upstairs WC. Both gardens are fully enclosed. Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a super king bed which can be split into singles . Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has one king size bed . Cot and high chair available. Towels provided Guest access Please be advised there are some steps at all the doors accessing the property. Chy Kembro is in an extremely quiet cul-de-sac, but roads to the village, whilst perfectly accessible for cars and vans, are somewhat narrow and winding; this is typical for many Cornish villages! Other things to note Porthallow is a small fishing village a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday modern life. The cove is a popular spot for kayaking, fishing and swimming; the beach is dog friendly all year round. It is possible to launch and recover boats directly from the beach. The south Helford region has an abundance of coastal walks, hidden coves and tiny waterside villages. The mid-point of the South West coastal footpath is just a few steps away on the beach and is marked by an inscribed granite sculpture. I previously and successfully rented out Chy Kembro as a holiday let for 14 years, with a pause since Covid. Now I'm happily letting the property again and look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Cornwall and Porthallow. I have had many holidays in Cornwall over the years and appreciate what things make a holiday extra special. November 2025 .
