Hi, We are Tanja and Rolf, your hosts in our newly built vacation home. We built the vacation home the way we would like to go on vacation ourselves. In the construction of the house, we have attached great importance to the use of natural and sustainable materials. The entire house is insulated with seagrass from the Baltic Sea. A true place to stay. The natural beach in Behrensdorf is only 3 km away. The space Enjoy the evening sun on the 70 sqm wooden terrace or relax in the garden under the old apple trees. A special highlight is our sauna for 4 people, where you can relax wonderfully. The cottage has a large shower room with underfloor heating, as well as a separate toilet with shower. There are 2 bedrooms with box spring beds and an "office space" with sofa bed in our house. Heating is provided by infrared heaters or, in the winter months, by the basic stove. The TV has Magenta access. For guests with an electric car, there is a public charging station with 50 kW charging capacity right by the house and a private wallbox in the carport. Guest access You can use the entire house, the wooden terrace and the garden privately. In the carport you can park your vehicle and lock up the bicycles. Other things to note Bicycles can be rented in Lütjenburg. These are then brought to the vacation home.
