The house was renovated in 2010 and is set on its own enclosed property. The guests have a swimming pool of 21 sqm with sun loungers and parasols, covered summer kitchen with fireplace and dining table, children's playground and two parking spaces on disposal. Holiday home for 6-7 people of 110 sqm consists of ground floor with air-conditioned living room with sitting set with sleeping possibility for one child, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed and bathroom/toilet. On the first floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
