I.'s garden/Lemon Festival/F1 Grand Prix

Small cozy nest recently refurbished. It is completely independent, with private entrance. Located on the Italian border, in a hamlet of only a few inhabitants in winter, it is ideally located for visiting Monaco, its casino, its Palace, and its F1 Grand Prix, Menton and its lemon festival, San Remo and its song festival, or in the hinterland, Dolceacqua, Rocchetta Nervina, Triora... Come take a break and relax in our peaceful oasis. The space The garden of I. is a detached house, surrounded by a garden in the heart of a typical Italian hamlet. The accommodation we offer here is the ground floor of our house. It is small, simple, but full of charm and perfectly independent. In summer you can enjoy the covered terrace. A small constant breeze makes it the best place in the house to protect yourself from the heat. Apart from during heat waves, air conditioning will hardly be necessary: the stone walls keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. Ideal for a couple in love with calm and nature, who want to escape the hectic pace of the city. NO WIFI at our place. WARNING! - NON-SMOKING accommodation - PETS are NOT allowed - Car recommended. Buses are infrequent. Guest access You will have access to the terrace in front of the accommodation, but also to the upper garden and the roof terrace if you wish in a shared space. The vegetable garden remains private. Other things to note The hamlet fills with summer visitors in summer, but it remains peaceful. There is a bus line but the passages are infrequent. Car is recommended. IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAX Please note that Italian regulations require vacationers to pay a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day. Unfortunately, this tax is not yet automatically charged by the platform. You will have to pay it to me as soon as you arrive so that I can then remit it to the competent authorities.
