Magical spot for a sunset event for up to 36 of your special guests overlooking Lake Coneption. The space Spacious, beautiful and often magical when the light hits you just petfectly, when a flock of white pelicans fly above the surface of the lake. You can host your perfect event here for up to 36 of your most special guests. Bring in your caterer, florist, etc to create what is uniquely you. We provide chairs and tables, but you are welcome to bring your own. Guest access All outdoor spaces facing the lake, including the upper decks. Use of the communal cafe during your rental time period. Two bathrooms. 7 parking spots. Other things to note This is not a usual Airbnb listing. You will not have a place to sleep. It is strictly for the use of the outdoor deck space facing the lake for an event. You can check in at 4pm and check out at 9pm. No loud music or bright lights as not to disturb the birds.
