Point Villa is just a few steps away from Jeffreys Bay’s beautiful Point Beach which offers excellent year round surfing , dolphin watching or lazing on the beach . Supertubes, a world class surf spot is a short walk away. The owners live upstairs and have small dogs . There are four air conditioned ground floor rooms with kitchenettes and en- suite bathrooms . The rooms have wifi and are provided with back up power except to the air conditioners. The space Room one is modern and spacious ( 25m2) , has a queen and single bed , a round table with two dining chairs , two comfortable tub chairs and a flat screen TV with Netflix and is suitable for one adult , a couple or a couple and one child. Wifi is available free of charge and a mini safe can be used for valuables. A generous cupboard is available for long stays . A full kitchenette has a prep bowl , bar fridge , microwave , air fryer, Nespresso ( two complimentary pods supplied ), snappychef as well as crockery and utensils. The trendy en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity basin and wall hung toilet . Bath towels and shower body wash are provided . A sliding door leads to a private sunny patio which has two chairs and a table . A braai / barbecue is available on request. Guest access Please confirm arrival time at least half an hour before arrival so you can be met by Kirsti our mangeressl at the ground floor side external gate at the point villa sign within five minutes of arrival . You can park anywhere on the grass road verge off the tar road . Kirsti will run through the access procedure and provide the code to the access controlled external gate . As you enter the gate you turn left and around the corner onto the outside patio to gain access to the room through the sliding door . Other things to note No events ,functions or parties are permitted and low noise levels are to be stricly adhered to at all times . All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Unfortunately no pets are allowed . Rooms are serviced once a week for longer stays only or on request .
