We have a clean, comfortable, well-lit, private space for you to use, a relaxing bedroom, another study for work, and a spacious balcony outside. Welcome to feel the warmth of the sun on the leaves of the plants and enjoy a relaxing time with the black cat. Comfortable bedroom: Your bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, floor airtight windows, comfortable mattresses, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Study work area: A study with excellent lighting and air conditioning. A large lift table with an external screen for focused reading or work. Private toilet and bathroom: dry and wet separation, the bathroom has strong water pressure. Private use of an entire floor: Guests can use the entire third floor independently and enjoy private space. The first floor is a common area with a guest dining room, kitchen and backyard, and the second floor is the owner's private area. Dining: We're happy to provide local food recommendations. The herbs in the backyard are also available for tea and iced drinks. Host Info: We are a young couple, fluent in English, and can accommodate guests' needs without disturbing or accompanying them. We're happy to help and advise to make sure you have a great stay here. Guest access The first floor is a common space, open dining room and living room. The 2nd floor is the owner's private space. The entire 3rd floor is a private area for guests. Other things to note A third person or a study with a floor mat will incur an additional charge of $400, please let us know in advance.
