The house has been renovated and designed with all the material comforts necessary for your stay. It is conducive to appeasement, calm and a change of scenery. It allows you to spend timeless moments with your loved ones or everyone can find their own special space. There is the billiard room that offers you the opportunity to challenge yourself while having fun or relaxing in front of the TV or the reading room. We also provide specific decorative elements depending on the seasons. The space The house has an area of 150 m2 with a private plot of 500 m2, and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an equipped kitchen, and a billiard room. It is located in a residential area, the environment is very quiet, it is a quiet area close to the forest and the sounds of birds. Located on the heights of the village of Thannenkirch, about 500 m above sea level, it offers beautiful hiking departures on the Taennchel massif. To give you an idea of the location, the "Rocks of the Giants" (high energy place) is 3.7 km away on foot (one way) with about 360 m of elevation from the house. You are also 10-15 minutes by car to visit the Château du Haut Koenigsbourg. Europa Park amusement park is about 1 hour by car. Going down from the village, towards Bergheim, you are directly on the Alsace Wine Route which serves many traditional villages from the north to the south of Alsace. To refine the program of your stay, if you wish, we can provide you with suggestions for visits and/or tastings of our regional products. The first food shops (bakeries, supermarket) are in the villages of Bergheim and Ribeauvillé about 10-15 minutes by car from the house. Remember to make some provisions if you wish. Note that the water of the village comes directly from a spring, it is drinkable but also very good and virtuous 😉 Guest access The accommodation located on the heights is accessible to guests by road. There are several private parking spaces outside each side of the house. Inside, a staircase leads upstairs.
