Country cottage with pool.

On the 1st floor of a 1750 farmhouse, this apartment has separate access from our home. The exterior staircase leads to the kitchen/dining room, then to a living room with sofa and TV area. The 3 bedrooms, bathrooms/WC overlook the living room. The decor is country-style. The pool is salty, and large. Around it, a terrace equipped with garden furniture as well as a bar under a trellis for your good times. You can eat on the terrace with a plancha available. The space The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of our house, in a former converted attic. Access is via an external staircase. You enter into the dining room/kitchen, very well equipped: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range hood, gas stove and gas oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as all the necessary equipment for cooking. The kitchen with exposed beams and dry stone wall, overlooks the living room, furnished with a leather sofa, coffee table and a TV (with Amazon key). Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the accommodation. The 3 bedrooms are south facing with pool window, and overlook the living room. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, dresser, wardrobe and a . Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a dresser. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together, a dresser and a sink. The decor of the bedrooms and living room is country-style with its beams and stone walls. Electric heating is available in every bedroom. A first bathroom/WC with bathtub opens onto the living room. A second bathroom/WC is accessible at the top of the mezzanine. Please note that the supply of bed linens and towels is included in the rental price. The rental of the cottage gives access to an outdoor, unheated salt pool, 10 x 5 m in size and 1.4 m deep maximum. Around it, a terrace with umbrellas, deckchairs, a garden furniture area and a bar under a vine trellis. Also a dining area with a plancha. Finally, bikes will be made available to you free of charge (bring your helmets…) Guest access The accommodation is rented in full as well as the outdoor dining area. The shared area consists of the pool, terrace and bar, as well as the laundry room (shared washing machine)
