The home sleeps up 14 people and has been designed and thoughtfully stocked for your beach getaway with all the comforts of home. The home features 2 living rooms with plenty seating, NEW 50+in SMART TVs in each room, well-appointed bedrooms (5), spacious bathrooms (4.5), plenty of private outdoor space with ocean views, and a fenced yard! ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ gorgeous en suite bathroom + NEW 50in ROKU TV (3rd floor) Bedroom 2: King Bed + NEW 50in ROKU TV (2nd floor) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + NEW 50in ROKU TV (2nd floor) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + NEW 50in ROKU TV (2nd floor) Bedroom 5 (private 4th floor loft): 2 Queen Beds + NEW 50in ROKU TV + en suite full bathroom *Note - there is a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bed #6: Queen Sleeper Sofa in 3rd floor Living Room The home boasts a private pool complete with plenty of seating for catching some sun and/or relaxing while the kids play. The pool is not heated, but is open year round. GETTING AROUND: Mexico Beach is a short 3.9 miles away, downtown Port St. Joe (8.2 miles) and Cape San Blas (22 miles). Walk to local restaurants, hangouts and the grocery store - Shipwreck Raw Bar - 0.7 miles - Lookout Lounge - 0.2 miles - Dollar General - 0.4 miles Beach gear included - beach cart, chairs, umbrella and towels! PETS are welcome! The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 ADULT dogs that are housetrained and crate trained weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.* We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we cannot be your vacation heroes if you need to cancel. We follow our policy regardless of reason so it is important that you protect your vacation investment with "cancel for any reason" trip insurance. PARKING: 4-5 full size vehicles max A small boat could be accommodated in lieu of a vehicle (please confirm with owner first) No street parking THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah). *IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls. The home has 1 ring camera - located at the front door - the device has video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Other things to note The primary renter must be 25YO and present for the entire stay. No 3rd party bookings. You must sign a rental agreement immediately upon booking and upload a copy of your government issued photo ID within 48 hours of booking. Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed, ID uploaded, and a signed rental agreement is received. This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. Please note, the home has an exterior lift and golf cart on premises. Neither are included with your stay and not available for guest use.
