Cozy studio with garden 1 min from the train station

Welcome to this cozy little studio in Saint-Gratien! A charming, fully equipped 20 m² studio ideally located just 1 minute from the train station. Recently built, this studio is attached to our main house while offering complete independence (private entrance with a keypad). Quiet, functional, and bright, the studio also provides access to the garden. The outdoor dining area is a lovely and welcoming space where you can enjoy meals outdoors in a pleasant setting. The space Enjoy the amenities, comfort, and services of this small studio (20 m²) while exploring Paris and the most beautiful sites in the Île-de-France region. The accommodation can host a maximum of 2 adults. • Kitchenette: all the essential equipment to prepare delicious meals. All appliances are recent, and all kitchen utensils and tableware are provided, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, and a cooktop. • Zen area: double bed with bed linen provided. • Entertainment: 50” TV + Wi-Fi access + Netflix, Canal+ Séries, and Prime Video. • Shower room: hair dryer and bath towels provided. • Entrance closet: with hanging rail and hangers. • Safety: smoke detector and an outdoor camera (garden area). Guest access Check-in process: The day before your arrival: you will receive the exact address of the accommodation, the code for the key box at the garden gate, and the code for the keypad that opens the accommodation’s private entrance. Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM Check-in and check-out are fully self-service thanks to the key box and keypad. You are completely independent. This means you may arrive at any time, as long as you respect the 4:00 PM check-in time and the 11:00 AM check-out time so that cleaning can be carried out. Other things to note Important notes: The outdoor area, including the garden space in front of the accommodation and the outdoor furniture, is at your disposal. Non-smoking accommodation located in a residential neighborhood where peace and quiet are highly appreciated. Free street parking is available very close to the studio during the following times: From Monday to Saturday: 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM On Sundays and public holidays. From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, parking is free for a maximum duration of 1 hour 30 minutes. You may therefore park for free by using a European parking disc. The disc indicates the time parking began. You must set the time manually and place the disc clearly visible on the dashboard. A parking disc is available in the lower kitchen drawer if needed. Please remember to return it before check-out. If you prefer a secure, paid parking option, the train station parking lot is located just 100 meters from the house (€10 / 24 hours). A welcome booklet containing all the necessary information for your stay will be provided. Finally, the studio must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as when you arrived.
