Cozy studio with garden 1 min from the train station

Welcome to this cozy little studio in Saint-Gratien! Charming 20 m² equipped and well located studio, 1 minute from the train station! This recently built studio is waiting for you. It is attached to our main house with total autonomy (individual door with keypad). Quiet, functional and bright studio with access to the garden! The outdoor dining area is a charming and friendly space where you can enjoy al fresco dining in a pleasant setting. The space Enjoy the equipment, the comfort of this small studio (20 m2) and the services offered to discover Paris and the most beautiful sites of the Ile-de-France. The home sleeps 2 adults max. • Kitchen area: all the essential equipment to concoct delicious meals. All appliances are new and all kitchen utensils and dishes are provided, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle and stove. • Zen area: double bed with bed linen provided. • Entertainment: 50” TV + Wi-Fi Access + Netflix, Canal+ Series and Prime Video • Bathroom: Hairdryer and bath towels provided • Entrance closet with hanging bar and hangers • Security: smoke detector and camera on the exterior of the home (garden) Guest access Check-in process: - The day before your arrival: communication of the exact address of the accommodation, the code of the key box of the garden door and the code of the keypad that will open the independent door of the accommodation. - Check-in: anytime after 4 p.m. - Checkout: no later than 11 a.m. Self check-in and checkout thanks to the lockbox and keypad. You are independent. So you can check in anytime as long as you respect 4pm check-in and 11am checkout so that cleaning can be done. Other things to note Important notes: - The exterior, the garden area in front of the accommodation as well as the outdoor furniture are at your disposal. - Non-smoking accommodation located in a residential area where peace and quiet is highly valued. - Free street parking, very close to the studio during the following intervals: Monday to Saturday from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays and holidays. From 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm from Monday to Saturday, parking is free for a maximum of 1.5 hours. You can therefore park there for free using a European parking disc. The disc is used to indicate the time at which parking began. You have to manually set the time and place the disc prominently under the windshield of the car. You will find the disc available in the bottom drawer of the kitchen if needed. Please don't forget to return it before checking out. If you prefer a secure and paid parking option, the train station parking is just 100 meters from the house. (€10/24hr) - A welcome booklet with all the information you need for your stay will be sent to you. Finally, the studio must be returned in the same clean condition as found on arrival.
