Great location to explore historic Fort Kent. The space The rental house is a (3) bedroom with 4 beds (2 twin beds, 1 full size and 1 queen). All rooms are on second floor (upstairs). Full bathroom is second floor (upstairs) & 1/2 bathroom is on first floor. Heat pump on premise and hot water. WiFi and Smart Tv. Full kitchen with all cookware, propane cookstove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot , pots,pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils Guest access Rental house has (2) access entry front and back porch. There is a side entry door that is not for rental use only for owner use that doesn’t not have access to inside the rental house.
