Come and spend an unforgettable Netflix & Chill evening as a couple or with friends in a charming fully renovated T2 located on level -1* of our main residence. It is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, video projector, TV, kitchen). All linen (sheets, towels) provided. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 cm + sofa bed. The accommodation is non-smoking Parties and noise are strictly forbidden! * Semi-buried basement The space The accommodation is located in the basement of our main residence with a separate entrance. There is no private parking and parking in front of a garage is prohibited but you will find free parking spaces available all along the street Noise is prohibited. Guest access You will have access to the entire 2nd floor (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet) with a separate entrance through the basement.
