Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking supplies as well as dinnerware, utensils, condiments, induction portable range, microwave, Samsung fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of light and fashionable art and furnishings. It includes a large pull out sofa (queen), a second pull out sofa (double), extendable dining table for 4, coffee/side tables, patio access, and a 43" flatscreen LED smart TV for all your favourite streaming services (your own guest login required). Sofa beds will have sheets and blankets and please use them to extend the life of the furniture. There is a dedicated workspace desk included in the hall which is great for business travellers or remote workers. Wifi is high speed Globe fiber internet for fast connection and office productivity. Bedroom includes a queen bed with a wardrobe closet and private patio. The bed has a light duvet cover (extra filler if needed) and luxurious pillows. Bathroom includes a modern contemporary design, with a fixed vanity, large mirror, toilet with bidet, and shower. We include white towels and bath amenities when you arrive. There is a laundry room with a modern washer and drying rack. Cleaning supplies and extra linens are located in the cabinet as well as a locked housekeeping closet. You will also find the second bathroom with toilet and small wash area. The building is part of the Manhattan Plaza community which has fantastic amenities, such as a gorgeous rooftop patio, pool with out door showers, games room and common space for study or conversation. This area is for your enjoyment and you must speak with security before using the pool as you must register. Pool has a max limit of 5 persons per party and a cost of 100php per person. Enjoy the beautiful grounds and sustainable gardens with relaxing water features throughout the property. Guest access You will have access to the suite and many of the fantastic amenities on the property. When you arrive, you will enter through the front and meet security and reception. They will need to register you first and present your ID and note your room number. A concierge will meet you there as well where you will receive a key to the suite. After the key exchange, you will be able to head up the elevators and to the entrance to you suite. NOTE: Physical key exchange with our representative is mandatory as stated by the building strata. The concierge will not let you in unless our Representative os present. You must state an arrive time for check in between 3-5pm for the key exchange. If you are going to be delayed or need to arrive later than your stated time, this may be arranged with an additional charge. You must register all guests full names with security and provide IDs. Please add the full names of all guests to your reservation through the Airbnb app, prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check in. Parking: In Manhattan Heights building across the street. Parking pass can be purchased at parking garage for 60 peso/day. Enter through the front door using your key and enter your private 1 bedroom condo with scenic city views. The building is part of the Manhattan Plaza community which has fantastic amenities, such as a gorgeous rooftop patio, pool with out door showers, games room and common space for study or conversation. This area is for your enjoyment and you must speak with security before using the pool as you must register. Pool & Patio: Hours Sat: 7am-9pm Sun: 6pm-9pm NOTE: Currently ONLY open Saturdays & Sundays due to construction on the other building. - Must have an Amenity Pass. - Max 5 people at the pool. Building rules limit parties to 5 or less. - Cost for Pool access is 100 peso/person/day. Pay to admin office (4th floor). Other things to note House Rules: - Respect the space and the furnishings. (damage will be charged on Aircover) - Clean as you go. - Clean at departure and leave suite as you found it. - Take off shoes at door and store in shoe cabinet. - Take out trash and recycling (B1 Level). - Wash and dry dishes and cookware. - Remove unused food from fridge and kitchen. - Keep sound to a respectful level at all times. - No Pets at all times. - No smoking or excessive alcohol. - Turn A/C off when out & run at a reasonable level. - Extra guests must be informed to the host. - Respect other guests in the building and keep quiet in shared areas (pool, games room). - Report any damage or issues with the suite to your host right away.
