Detailed amenities: • Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, as well as Raclette and fondue sets for convivial evenings. • Bedroom: The inviting bedroom features a comfortable double bed for restful sleep. • Bathroom: The separate, modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet. • Entertainment & Comfort: Additional amenities include a TV, internet access, and a cozy fireplace. Guest access Guests have sole and private access to the entire apartment, ensuring an undisturbed stay. • Private Space: You have exclusive access to the entire 1.5-room apartment. • Building Access: An elevator in the building provides comfortable and barrier-free access to the apartment. • Parking: A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available (please note a separate fee applies, see 'Notes' section).
