Welcome to Zaira House! This charming residence offers everything you could wish for for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Located in the picturesque town of Torre Suda, the villa 100 meters from the sea boasts an ideal position to fully enjoy the beauty of the Salento coast. The front entrance overlooking the garden is equipped with elegant garden furniture and invites you to spend pleasant moments in the open air, enjoying a breakfast in the sun or a sweet refreshment under the umbrellas, relaxing with a good book to choose from among a collection available to guests. A rear patio equipped with an additional outdoor dining/dinner table and a sink and worktop area for any outdoor activities such as the Weber 47 Compact Barbecue made available to guests with all the roasting tools. Two front external showers (in addition to the two internal showers, one per bathroom) and a rear external shower allow you to freshen up after a day on the beach and a washing machine area is available to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Inside the house, at the entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious living room furnished with a modern sofa and TV corner. This bright and modern environment is carefully furnished and offers a sofa for guests to relax in front of the TV, perhaps sipping a glass of good Salento wine. The kitchen/dining room area is fully equipped with all the appliances and accessories necessary to prepare delicious meals, allowing you to enjoy total freedom in choosing what and when to eat. In addition to basic services, such as a fridge with large freezer, oven and hob area, guests will also have access to a microwave oven, a Bialetti Mukka Espress for preparing an excellent cappuccino and a Lavazza Jolie my way coffee machine with coffee capsules made available by the structure. The house also has two bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and functionality for all guests. The two double bedrooms are an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, thanks to its generous dimensions and the brightness that filters through the windows. Here you will find a perfect refuge to rest and regenerate after a day spent at the seaside. You will have wardrobes and chests of drawers and plenty of space where you can store everything you need for your stay. To make your stay even more pleasant, the house is equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing an optimal temperature at all times and allowing you to face even the hottest days with maximum comfort. The area offers everything within reach, from the Geas Supermarket open all year round to various shops to make your stay optimal. Restaurants (Solatio, Meraviglia by Farmacia dei Sani, Mahja, Bella Napoli, etc.) and Pizzerias (Bubba, Sasà Saperi & Sapori, Bella Napoli, Il Mirto,..).
