Hope Harbor Resort is a private Christian gated property built on 85 acres in a ranch style to host church groups or similar family gatherings in a private residential home style. It has 3 main separate houses. HOPE Hostel (the listed one), HOPE HAVEN AND HOPE HOUSE. Welcome to enjoy the magnificent Mountains View, city lights, and the quietness of the beautiful nature. You can also enjoy a lot of outdoor activities like Hiking, Basketball, volleyball, Soccer, life Foosball, or swimming. The space Hope Hostel Building B, is the big upper North house, and it is around 15000 sq/f and have up to 18 large rooms and bath, accommodating up to 75 beds. This house can host groups up to 75 people for special events. Notes: 1- number of rooms assigned are based on average 3-4 guests per room. 2-It has three wings of 6 bedrooms in each, number of guests up to 30 may occupy up to only 10 bedrooms and bath. 3-Each bedroom has its own bath with best quality mattresses. 4-Extra rooms are available for extra $175/night. 5-Other than the church groups, no multi families parties are allowed, only the one blood related family. Guest access All amenities are common between our two parcels of 20 acres each except the backyard are strict only for that listing. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: There is $1500 security deposit is a must and to be collected after booking and before the checkin date which is totally refunded within two weeks max if no extra services, damages or losses. To avoid refundable deposit deduction please get yourself and your group familiar with these rules showing the amount of deduction May applied. 1-BEFORE BOOKING, THE MAIN GUEST NEED TO PROVIDE THE PURPOSE OF THE STAY AND AS MUCH INFORMATION OF WHO WILL BE HOSTED AND HOW THEY ARE RELATED TO EACH OTHER. 2-BEFORE CHECKING BY AT LEAST ONE WEEK. THE MAIN CONTACT GUEST WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE NAMES LIST AS ONLY THE NAMES IN THE LIST WILL BE GRANTED THE ACCESS THOUGH THE MAIN GATE WITH NO DELAY OR EXTRA CHARGES. ($10 each) 3-In case of multi family unrelated, the staff will be allowed to access the common area as the kitchen, the lobby and the meeting areas to manage any needs by guests or the house. 4-Absolutely no parties inside the house if not One BLOOD RELATED FAMILY. 5-An extra charge of $500 will be charged for the one family related party or event and $700 if not paid in advance and $900 if was not declared. Party or event will be defined by extra cars visiting and loud music. Any loud noises or music need to stop by 10 pm at the working days or 11 pm at the weekend days. 6-Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the house and we take that very Seriously. ($700) 7-Please follow the posted pool rules, absolutely no drinks or glasses by the pool area, no pool after 10 pm in summer. Any break of the posted rules will result in cancelling the pool time or deduction from the deposit. ($300) No children is allowed to be in the pool without an adult supervision from the group. 8-the 1/2 Olympic pool usage will be limited to 1 hour free a day each group, more than that can be for a charge of $200 each hour as a minimum charge. A special waiver will need to be signed if the slip and slide will be used. 9-Charges for extra cars parking and visitors applied on for the party event as $10 each car after the 1st 15 cars. 10-Rooms in each house have been assigned according to the number of the guests based on average of 4 or 5 guests per room. As an example, small groups up to 30 will be limited to 6 bedrooms max, a group up to 50 people will be limited to 12 bedrooms. So please keep in mind the rooms are in different sizes and has different number of beds from 3-8 beds. 11- Guests can ask for extra rooms for extra charges of $200 each extra room per night ( minimum two nights). Extra rooms need to be requested and paid in advance dsubjecting to the same cancellation rules. 12- for day use, a charge of $25 for each visitor will be applied till 10:00 pm and staying after will be considered as a sleep over as $50/night with minimum two nights. 13-Gate is usually closed and managed by the gate keeper till 10 pm as working hours, if guests need to have an access after, a special arrangement will need to be taking care. Extra charges or remote deposit may be applied. 14-For early checking in or late checking out, please give an advance notice to get the approval and the amount for the extra charges. 15-please bring your own personal stuff including your towels, bedding and blanket as there will be a charge of $5 for each two towel set and $15 for each blanket and bed sheets. 16-As a private site, the main gate is opened on the scheduled arriving time otherwise, please hunk two short times or call the host to arrange your arrival. 17- For security, we have dogs on site and upon the guest request we put them in their shelter however for safety we release them after 10 pm till 8 Am. Also we have non audio street cameras. 18- we encourage contacting the host or the manager of the site sometime before the actual check in by two weeks to get the Liability clearance and make sure the place will meet the guests expectations. 20-for discounted long term of 4 weeks or more electricity to be paid by the guests. 21-we supply the first set up of the house, extra supplies by us will be for extra charges or to be bought from our gift shop. 22-In summer the cooling thermostat will be set between 75 if and in winter the heating thermostat will be set between 65. Any changes of that set needs to be requested and approved or extra charges will be applied. ($50 each degree) 23- please ask the staff if you need to use the propane griddle in the kitchen. 24-Please always keep the outside doors or the screens closed to keep the inside temperature and the bugs, flies and rats outside.($100) 25-Please save water by trying your best to limit the shower time or washing as we are on a limited well system. 26-Please use the toilet bidet to minimize the use of the toilet paper and please use the trash box by the toilet as we are on a septic system. If we got the toilet blocked using wipes or hygiene towels, or similar there will a charge of $200 to drain. 27-Please switch off any un used light, fan or AC or heater to save electricity for safety as we are on a limited current and propane capacity. At the check out, all to be shut off. ($100) NOTE: : extra propane usage during winter or to heat the spa will be $5/gallon. 28-Please no food inside rooms and do your best to avoid crumbles on the floor by having a plate under your sandwich to avoid attracting the ants and bugs. ($50 each room) 29-Please leave the house tidy and as much as possible clean to avoid extra cleaning charges. (Up to $200) 30-Please do not move furniture from its place or ask the staff or owner if needed. ($100) 31-please leave the used beds unmade, there will be extra charge on any, missing, stained sheets or towels equal the purchase plus 30%. 32-please no shoes on the couches or chairs, any stains will be evaluated and it’s treatment will be deducted from the security deposit. 33- please keep the outside clean from any trash or recycle.
