The space Effective May 1/24, Kelowna has implemented a new legislation that does not allow short term rentals. Copper Sky, this unit, DOES NOT fall under this legislation and therefore, we are still ALLOWED to rent short term. Our top floor(4th floor) corner unit is one of a kind! Amazing scenery that the beautiful Okanagan has to offer while tasting some of the best wines in West Kelownas 9 wineries located within a 10km radius, multiple beaches, hiking trails and parks located close by. Grocery shopping centres such as Walmart and Superstore within 2 min drive. Close to all amenities, walkin clinics, organic fruit markets and restaurants all within 5 minutes of driving. One secured underground parking stall with additional outdoor parking also available (free). Upon request, parking is available for your camper or boat. Guest access While enjoying the full suite you will also have access to the amenities facility from 6am-10pm. You’ll never want to leave!! Access to one underground secured parking. Other things to note A full list of rules will be communicated prior to your arrival. Guests must follow all posted rules in the amenity centre as well. Potential for smoke in the air (Wildfires etc.) during Summer. Must follow any COVID protocols. No EV Chargers available at the complex - guests are not allowed to use any of the complex's electrical outlets for vehicle charging. We are not responsible for any amenities not available at the time of stay. The Amenity Centre is open every day 6am-10pm.
