Room in Luton / Leagrave - Airport 20 mins drive

20 minutes away from Luton Airport and 5 minutes from Luton & Dunstable Hospital. Relax in the comfort of your room with a Smart TV which has Netflix to keep you entertained. If you like music, there's a piano in the sitting room you can pass time with too :) The space There are 3 rooms in total in the house, all upstairs. There's a shared bathroom also upstairs and the living room, porch and kitchen are all downstairs. Property has a large garden (access can be provided) and there's parking space for up to 3 vehicles Guest access You'd have full access to your room, the shared bathroom/toilet, staircase, kitchen, living room and the front garden. Access to the back garden can be provided upon request. During your stay If you need anything, please feel free to let me know. I'd be a room away or you can buzz my mobile if I'm not in the house Other things to note Luton town centre is a 15 min drive where you can find restaurants, cafes, cinemas, pubs and several entertainment you need. Luton airport is also a 15 min drive and I can arrange a discounted ride to and from the airport Leagrave Train Station is about 20 minutes walk from the house. Luton & Dunstable Hospital is less than 30 minutes walk from the house. Lots of local shops including NISA, a Pharmacy and Post Office located about 5 minutes walk from the house. Local amenities including parks and playgrounds located 1 minute away from the house
