This stylish, fully furnished 1 br&1 bath corner unit has unobstructed view of Anvaya Cove’s lush greens from the veranda for a relaxing & fun time enjoying the A-1 amenities of Anvaya. Enter a well maintained & sanitized fully airconditioned unit with ample sitting area, 2 sofa beds, with wifi, & cable tv. Cooking is allowed which is a rare luxury in Anvaya Cove having a microwave, oven toaster, cooking and dining utensils for use. The space 316E has an airconditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen sized bed with a single sized pull out. Both have hotel-standard linens and pillows. The Smart TV has access to Netflix, YouTube, Disney, etc. Clothes cabinet has hangers and drawers for guests’s use. The spacious bathroom has separate comfort room and shower areas. The comfort room is equipped with a bidet. The spacious shower area has hot and cold water. Guest access The unit is located on the third floor of Tower E (Falcon). It is a 2-minute drive to the golf course and a 5-minute drive to the beach area. Swimming pool is available within the Seabreeze Verandas cluster free for use of guests.
