Wake up to sounds of nature. Situated on peaceful 40-acre private property with spectacular views overlooking mountain ranges and also has a freshwater creek running through it. WE ARE COMPLETLY OFF GRID re other detail . Alfresco eating area with barbeque and outdoor gas heater provided for your exclusive use . Only 14 min drive to beautiful town of Kyogle also a 20 min drive to Toonumbah Dam. The Boarder rangers national park is only 50 min drive away with many walking trails to explore. The space Access road to out property is partly gravel about two kilometres and has a shallow causeway to go over. Also our driveway is 50 mtres and little steep. Our property is an ideal place to come and unwind to get away from noise, clutter and technology and enjoy the peace and tranquillity or if feeling more energetic you can explore our property that has our own 20 acres of private parkland. Guest access You are welcome to explore our 40 acres 20 of which is cleared land including across Rd at bottom of paddock we have our own private creek . The cabin is next to our house with own private entrance and outdoor area between house and cabin for alfresco eating . The only area that is not accessible is small fenced yard at back of our house . We also have one other holiday cottage, 50metres away, on property so please respect thier privacy if we have other guest staying . Other things to note The property is completly off grid . We rely on solar and batteries with a generator for back up. We have tank water that is safe to drink in cabin as it goes through a ultra violet filter. You need to be conservative with power and water so cabin only has the very basics to be comfortable. Everthing you will need is provided etc bedding, linen, cutlery, crockery and utensils . Please do not bring any portable appliances that run of power such as aircons or fridges as our power system will not take it and the power and water will cut out in cabin.
