A sectional sofa between the windows and electric fireplace is the perfect cozy setting. There is a queen bed in the master suite and a full over full bunk room. The wrap around porch overlooks Pendergrass Creek/ Dale Hollow Lake. Firepit and charcoal grill included! Guest access Access to any buildings other than the main house are restricted. Other things to note For maintenance purposes, owner may be on property, but not at the cottage. This would be a rare occasion.
