Our cozy tent sleeps 2 and includes a comfy full size bed, wood burning fireplace, bistro table and a private, full heated bathroom & washer/dryer located in the new garage next to the tent. A firepit, propane grill and picnic table are also on the property, for private use. No pets, children or smoking in the tent. The two outbuildings on the property are unoccupied. HOT TUB GUIDELINES/RULES Welcome to Moby's Beach House! We're thrilled to have you as our guest. To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, please follow these guidelines for our hot tub: Safety First: No glass containers or food in the hot tub area. This keeps everyone safe and the water clean. Freshen Up: Please shower before taking a dip. It helps keep the water pristine and extends the life of our filtration system. Please note sunscreen & lotion clog the filter & turn the water green. A $150 charge will apply for excessive cleaning that requires the hot tub to be drained & filled. Family Fun: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Drink Responsibly: While we want you to relax, please limit alcohol consumption in the hot tub for your safety. Temperature Control: For your comfort and safety, we've set an optimal temperature. Please don't adjust it. Easy Does It: No jumping or diving in the hot tub. Let's keep it calm and relaxing! Quiet Please: To respect our neighbors, please keep voices down and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Cover Up: When you're done, please replace the cover. It keeps the heat in and debris out. In Case of Emergency: First aid supplies are in the downstairs bathroom, and emergency contact information are located in our guest book.
