Everything you need to feel comfortable and at home is included in our space. Absolutely no third party bookings will be considered. If you are coming from a place that has had issues with any type of bugs, we must be made aware please. Moving furniture and other household items around without putting them back in their places is frowned upon. We also offer long term stays. If you are a professional, maybe coming to work at a hospital, or an athlete, or in the film industry. Let us know. The space House is located in the beautiful town of Dundas near Cootes Paradise. Close proximity of trails, dog park and many of the natural water falls that Dundas is known for. The property is a corner lot viewing up to the amazing escarpment surrounded by large trees and spacious areas outside for entertaining during the summer months. The house upper main floor is the available space for rent with three bedrooms, open concept kitchen and dinning area, cozy living room and walk-in shower bathroom The main living room Tv has Amazon fire stick access and high speed internet Temperature environment control is smart android pad with “Alexa” access During summer months there is access to the swimming pool and 2 man hot tub, as well as a bbq area and lounge area under a pergola. Guest access The upper main floor , back deck, pool, hot tub and the grassy yard is all yours! We have our own space to the left of yours. There is plenty of free street parking. No access to driveway, garage or the basement. Other things to note Just like Goldie locks and the three bears, we have beds for everyone’s taste. The bed in the “birds of a feather” room is extra firm, in the “pretty in pink” room the bed is soft and in the “cottage” room, it’s of medium firmness. We supply “beach towels” for the pool. Please do not use the white towels provided for showering. Quiet time is 11pm until 6am on weekdays and 12 midnight on weekends.
